Probably the worst banking app I have. At least once a week, logs me off to where I have to use my full login and pw. It's been like this ever since it became InBank. If it wasn't for personal reason to keep an account open, would close the account and never look back. Maybe the software techs need to really delve deep into this situation and fix it. There are quite a number of elderly that use this app as well, that just use their fingerprint or pin code. Let's see if we can fix this!

I haven't even been able to log in through this in months. Do developers even read these to see what needs fixing. Update: and now the app won't even load the log in screen. Three days it's been out. Final Update: App is no longer compatible with Android 11. ridiculous.

A poorly app. Seems to work half the time. And when it doesn't work the only advice that can be given from the bank is to un install and re install. Found out that the app is by a 3rd party company so the bank associates can't help. And reaching the IT department is impossible. Thinking of switching Banks cause of how poorly the app does.
