Ratings and reviews

Absolutely useless app made with bad anti-patterns. It's impossible to register while also opting out of their email newsletter. If you make it past that, the password form gives almost no feedback. It just says "10 characters", no matter if your password is 10 characters or 21 characters, with/without numbers or special characters. Trying to submit any of those passwords attempts to load for a second and then zero feedback. PASSWORD IS ALSO AUTOFILLED INTO ZIP CODE FIELD WHEN USING A PW MANAGER

You can only view the menu, view locations, add a payment card (not remove it), and check in. there's no option to order ahead. you can't redeem rewards on the app. you can't even submit a service request on the app. I don't understand the point of this app?! there's no functionality at all.

ABSOLUTE TRASH APP! I looooove the custards though, but terrible interface. It can't seem to reload my account even though I saved my card. i have to reenter it every time. cannot tell me what my reward is but can sure tell me it expires in a couple of weeks. last i checked, I had at least 30 pts but now I have none. I know it didn't use it. checking in has been no issue really. just managing account money and seeing rewards. please fix and upgrade. it's 2022. this app is from early 2010s...
