Ratings and reviews

There was an issue with the app. I gave the app a low rating. The developer responded to my low rating. But the app still does not work. I had to request a code be texted to me I got the code and the code is denied. It tells me there is an error. None of my meds show up. The app recognized my med and me when i scanned it, sent the text, but gives me an error code when i enter the code.

The app used to work well. Last update broke app. Can still log in but does not accept any past scrip numbers to "verify" and link to personal account. Go through the process and get text cf number and then it says no --already a patient. Without that link you cannot add a "patient" thus can't refill, pay, view history, or do anything you need an app for. Totally worthless unless you need hours or address. Roll back to the update that actually WORKED (not the one that appeared to work).

Update: A quick response from the developer appears to have fixed my problem. Thank you very much! I used to receive a text notification when my prescription was ready. Very convenient. But that stopped working for me some time ago, and numerous attempts to obtain a new verification number from within the app have always failed. Disappointed.
