Worst experience ever with an international sim activation. It almost an hour to get it working. Their app was missing the needed add new sim until several reinstalls. There's an option to take a pic to enter the sim code but all that did was close the app. The passport scanner literally took 15 minutes as it's awful to focus and you cannot upload a picture. In the end it says my mobile number was activated, but when I try to log in to see the info it says it's not an active number. Don't buy!!!

My hi!surprise tab is not working. When I open it to try top up my data, the whole tab is blank and it doesn't load. The rest of the other tabs to top up data plans are fine though but the value the rest of the offers are so bad it might as well be nonexistent.

Did not automatically renew my monthly plan (this is not the first time, when called in to inquire, I was told that prepaid card will automatically lapsed after 6 mths and will need to wait for few days before being able to top up). Was being logged out of the app and when told to log in again it nvr send me OTP after keying in my number. When clicked resend OTP it states that I've exceeded the maximum limit of sending OTP. Service provider too complacent
