The new update is GARBAGE. 80% of the time it won't put an order through. The user interface is beyond clunky and everything takes three times as long to load. Devs, Sonic execs, there's literally no reason to change something that worked PERFECTLY before. This new app is beyond broken and makes being a customer of yours a wildly frustrating experience. Edit: MANY months later, the app worked ok for a lil bit but is now back to being impossible to order with, again. BE BETTER, SONIC.

Out of every restaurant app I've used this one is by far the worst. It constantly logs me out, crashes, when I go to check out tells me the app is experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later. The most annoying part is that if you order through the restraunt instead of the app you do not get any of the in app discounts. This is by and far extremely frustrating. Do better Sonic

I thought they had it fixed it worked for awhile but back to the same problems. I tried to use it to get my drinks half price but it's a bit aggravating when it doesn't work and you have to pay full price. Please fix the app!!!!!!!!!! Sonic app SUCKS!!!!! IT NEVER WORKS. I pull up at a sonic and it advertises "for exclusive deals next time order online or in the sonic app" Well I would but it doesn't work or I would order through it everytime. Fix your app.
