The free Square Dashboard app works in sync with the Square Point of Sale app and lets you view your live sales data and access powerful analytics and other easy tools to help you track and improve your business.

SQUARE INVOICES
Send invoices free from Square Point of Sale and get paid faster. Customize your invoices, set up weekly or monthly recurring invoices from your Dashboard, and let customers pay online with a credit or Visa debit card. Invoices are free to send and cost 2.9% + 30¢ per invoice paid online.

Ratings and reviews

Square has been reliable in low wifi areas. I like the flat rate for all credit cards. I don't like that they have different fees for how the card is used. I would like to see the software to be more customizable and straightforward. Overall, Square POS has been the most affordable, and reliable pos system for my needs as a food truck owner.

Perfect for my small sells. Cost less than a monthly card reader. Does not charge unless you have a sale and it's only a small set fee per transaction. Honestly, it is way better to have a square than not have it. Safer as well, so no one is stealing your cash. Also, you can transfer to the attached savings account to grow interest. You can use the funds anytime without penalties, which is a major added bonus.

I've been using this app for years and never had an issue UNTIL NOW!! I have items that need added to my site, but the app updated on 8/16/24 and it hasn't worked right since! It won't upload a single picture no matter which way I try to do it, no matter where the file is located or what type of file or what size the file is. It won't load them! I can do the description, price, etc. but NO PICTURES. People won't buy if there's no pictures!!

We update our apps regularly to make sure they’re at 100%. This update includes minor bug fixes and performance improvements.
