I've recently changed phones, and have done a factory reset on my old phone. After installing the app on my new phone I get an error message that goes "This method cannot be used to request more than more than 1000 records at once". I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the same error message pops up. I can't see any newsfeed. No reward status NADA! What is happening?

You are encouraging people to pay by app but it always having problem. I used the app to make payment but the first scan was unsuccessful and have to scan it the second time. But I was actually deducted twice. The case was reported a few weeks ago but never got refund. I tried to reload this morning twice and both transactions were failed but it charged to my credit card. Trying to call to customer care but the number is not in service. I tried to write to their email but I bet it will be going into the trash. How disappointed. Such a big company with such bad quality of service.

The apps have better page design, GOOD! However, the function and system are getting worst. Everytime open the apps must resign-in again, even dy tick sign in. No more birthday rewards. Most of tab when click inside are "Blank, Kosong", dono what their purpose are. The reward points, how to earn actually, i buy so many time the points seem doesnt add on. So many disadvantage, No wonder only. 2.7 Star.
