Takes long time to open, features don't work too much useless info on screen. Sorry should be followed up by actions to show that you were working on resolving the issue. So far your directions to resolve this issue include hanging up on the customer when they call, never calling them back, kicking the can down to the line saying you're going to look into it and then you don't even have any notes on the issue in the file, and telling me that it's my problem

Update Nov 11, 2024: I have been using this app for years now. still one of the best. I absolutely LOVE the newest update to the Bill Pay-Active screen! Sooo much easier to find pending and scheduled payments. Thank you!!! OG Post: Definitely one of the better banking apps. Bank of America's app was perfect. When they became Truist it seemed to be more focused on aesthetic. I use the bill pay option a lot. Checking to see if a payment is scheduled or has been released, to me, is the worst. I d

Way too many maintenance updates that won't allow you to view any details for your account. It makes it very inconvenient to use, and it's a trash bank. Fix your app. I suppose one good thing about it is that they have a good customer support system and a financial plan, other than that I would suggest switching to a larger more well known bank, Truist was a merge between SunTrust and BB&T. Merging was a mistake, I liked having BB&T much better.
