The new CEO f**ked the drivers in every possible way. They take an average of 38% from drivers, removed every help option for passenger related trips, did away with all worthwhile promotions, removed all the discounts that were given the drivers such as car maintenance and phone plans, and removed the option to give feedback due to all the negative responses they were receiving because of all the heinous things that they have done. I strongly recommend everyone to use alternate services.

Before update app was very convenient, except live maps. Its easy to see the driver trips as per time, and online offline activity, every thing is good in previous version, but coming to new version, the worst app experience i ever seen, not possible to see driver trips, online offline activity, netfair, total cash collected, performance and unable to see amount that drive. Please change to old version, except live maps, keep live maps from old version

This new version of uber fleet is very complicated than old version. The previous version was easy to use and was very much helpful to track the activities of the drivers...it would be better for Uber to bring back the previous fleet.
