It has gotten better over time. For the most part, we can do our job correctly. Does it still have bugs to work out? ABSOLUTELY! Some examples (not all) are the topstock section does not refresh it usually takes 3 different times to finally get it to register scans, the messaging section does not alert unless the device is on and the app is pulled up, the claims, academy, and vizpic are separate apps. It would be a lot less time-consuming to include them all in one application.

Absolutely draining on your phone battery. I shouldn't use 30% of my battery while topstocking for two hours. Recently started beeping multiple times when you item info something. I could scan once and it would beep randomly for like 5 minutes afterwards. Also keeps having errors loading the schedule, which in turn, won't let you clock in, even if you're standing at the center of the store.

It's ridiculous that am app that will eventually be required to do everything, and already is for many things, has so many issues. Sign in failed, proximity issues, and just random errors when using the app. Also failing to mark notifications as read and more errors when deleting them. Then when things don't get done due to this pile of garbage coaches are on us about productivity. Make the tools we NEED to do our job work and we could DO our job.
