Ratings and reviews

- landing screen prompts Watsons ID, no way to exit to go to homepage. - homepage has 2 consec. pop ups. - there is no way to update my address or add a new address. I had to go to the website and it takes 10mins just to load each page. - search function, filter and overall app experience is bad. please make it load faster. at the very least, let me be able to perform basic functions like change my address without waiting a few mins for everything to load.

App is buggy and doesn't allow mobile scrolling or amending of details. Placed an order and all it has captured for address is the street name and not the house number. Unable to update any personal particulars due to scrolling pronlems. :(

F useless app. Try to sign up for club member says hp already registered but it doesn't give me the free shipping at $40 cart. Better still ..can't even input delivery address because the f screen cannot scroll down. Who the f did this app. Y do I need to pay $5 for collection. It says your shop has stock when I go down to the shop the sales ppl tell me don't have... all 3 stores i went tell me the same thing. Forcing people to buy online and pay extra 5 isit.. f
