Ratings and reviews

Very easy to navigate and send. Exchange rate is competitive and actually higher than some I've tried in the past. Other users have mentioned about fee being charged to the receiver once they get the money I have not followed up on that. But if it was true why when we the sender have already paid a fee to remit the money.

The app is very convenient to send money I use it regularly. My only complaint is about the rewards points. Western Union jas completely stop the earning of points. My points have been at 20 for almost 2 years. When I contacted WU they said they were pausing earning points until they did some upgrades... well that was almost 2 years ago. What is happening with my points ?

I was surprised to find out they had competitive rates for international transfers. The $4 fee for fast transfer comes out ahead compared to others who seem to take a percentage. They also seem to have a higher transfer limit than some other services. There are a few hoops to jump through the first time, but it works well afterward.
