App loads quickly and has plenty of options for compatible earbuds. The bad reviews are from people who have older tozo esrbuds that aren't supported or current tozo earbuds that aren't supported. Tozo is pretty clear on which products have app support and which don't. However, the fact that they update their earbuds throws people off. For example the older Tozo T6, T10 and T12 they all won't work with the app. But newer BT5.3 versions work.

Literally does nothing. I have T10s. They connect easily to the phone and I can use them but the left earbud has audio/connection issues. I was wanting to check if there's a firmware update or something that might help. The app can't see them at all though. I have rebooted the phone factory reset the headphones. Disconnected, forgotten the connection, added them back, etc over and over and nothing works. The app just does nothing at all. It's literally pointless.

I have been using this app with my Tozo HT2s for several months. There have been several updates. I like the clean layout and simple options for the various ANC modes and EQ adjustments. The battery display is nice but not necessary because my Motorola phone displays it in the Bluetooth connection. I would like to see options to add voice prompts to the power on/off rather than tones.
