The RentCafe Resident app is your partner in all things related to your community, especially when you’re on the go. We make it easy to pay rent, request maintenance, or reserve amenities.

RentCafe Resident App features (options vary based on each community):
- Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps.
- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up, all within your app.
- Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

The RentCafe Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RentCafe platform as their Resident Portal. Some features may not be available at your property as options vary based on each community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your property management company.

Ratings and reviews

The app is very useful for posting the rent of your apartment. But it fails in integrating with the phone system, and it has some bugs. For me, the announcement section shows an error. So when the messages from the administrator are also emailed, I can be informed, but if not, then I have no idea. Also, closing the app is kind of difficult.

So far , so good. I was glad that RRHA came up with this. Just wished it was also available for PC mode as well!! After using this app for almost an year, I can say that it makes paying rent much easier. I don't have to go anywhere, although our system still allows payments at third party locations. However I prefer paying rent with the app Thank you to the Developers of this app!!

The app does what it says it does, but it's bloated. Things rent in logical places, too many submenu items, the layout is unattractive. Makes me wish my building stayed with Active Building. The app has been throwing a certificate error for a few days but as of now says logging in is disabled. What's a pile of junk.
