Introducing myCOMPASS PA, for Pennsylvanians who have applied for or get health and human service programs or benefits. It offers many of the same features found on COMPASS, but right from your phone. You can now access your benefits from anywhere, whenever you want.

The best part? You can take care of business while you’re on-the-go. Tasks that used to involve a trip to the county assistance office can be accomplished with only a few minutes on the app. Whether you want to know the status of your application or send us a photo of required documents, you’re always just a few taps away.

constantly timing out, problems downloading necessary paperwork... A year later and still having the same problems!! Now they've had maintenance on the site for how many days and you can't even use the app. Just got a notice it has to be updated. That's fine. However I click to update and it just sends me back to the same message. Super frustrating. I even deleted it and tried to reinstall it. And still it tells me I need to do an update.

For a long while now it's been unusable. It tells me it needs to update in order to be used bug there are no updates. I'm connected to wifi and mobile data and it keeps saying it timed out because of no connection. This app seriously sucks and needs an actual rework. Most of the buttons don't work either, like uploading documents or submitting anything.

Constantly inaccessible because of "maintenance" or "no wifi" (when I've only attempted to login using wifi). There is, what seems to be, a standing error message that their site is down and cannot allow me to enter my email for verification, so that I can receive any notifications. After more than a week, again, of "maintenance" having rendered the app inaccessible, it is now asking me to update the app in order to open it. There ARE NO updates for the app, so now it's inaccessible period.
