View and manage your BDO accounts with the new BDO Online app
and enjoy features that let you:

- Secure your cards real-time using lock or unlock card, disable
overseas debit card transactions, and set your debit card limits
- Quickly view your statements right on the app
- Enjoy free BDO to BDO transfers, low fees to other banks and
wallets
- Confirm transactions using biometrics or 6-digit PIN
- Send, request, withdraw, or deposit money via QR

If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just log in with
your Online Banking username and password.

If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps and create
a new password for the BDO Online app.

On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like to reset my
password.

Set up your new password

Step 3
Log in with your Online Banking username and new password.

The password for the old Online Banking website is unchanged and
maintained separately.

Absolutely horrible app. The stupid OTP was never sent. When I hit resend OTP, I get an error message stating I entered the incorrect number. I didn't enter nothing!! I just hit RESEND. After 3 tries it locked me out of my account. A message appears saying to call BDO customer service to unlock account. I can't get through to customer service. So now I'm locked out of my account & can't pay my bills. A totally worthless app. OTPs is the worst form of security for a country with bad cell signals

The old app was better: you can see the complete details for every transaction, there's a setting for transaction limits per account, and there are more features that's not present on this current app. And why do they have to separate BDO PAY AND BDO ONLINE? Why not just merge into one app so it's less hassle. And worse, after the latest update I can't access my account like everyone else (both apps keep on crashing the moment I click on the icon). Waiting for this to be fixed on next update!

The app has been very laggy since the version 1.14.0 update. Most of the time, I can't log in, complete a transaction, or stay in the app without getting kicked out. At first, I thought it was my internet connection, but all my other banking apps are working smoothly. Please fix this. Thank you.
