Their customer service used to be great until recently. I've waited for my order for more than 45 minutes - 2 hours in just processing the order, several times, including the most recent order, which was 1.5 hrs late (with no compensation for an apology either). Additionally, their customer service takes forever to respond, with waiting times up until 5 hours. What a waste of time! Would not recommend.

I enjoyed ordering until last March 23 when i ordered food & tried to pay per card and the payment was declined multiple times due to poor connection. I assumed the order was cancelled until and I received a notification l that i have to pay for the food which i didn't receive. I tried to explain to delivery guy that the order was declined but he said that i must pay cash which i did not have.. The delivery guy left with the food.. I informed To You automated customers service.. No assistance..

I won't recommend this application to anyone who wants a hassle-free food delivery. Unfortunately, I was forced to install and use this application while I moved to another location, and faced this problem during my second order and delivery. The delivery rider was unable to reach my area, where the predecessor could find me and deliver the food on time. I lost my time and cash, even if that's none of my fault.
