The app only takes up the top half of the screen. What gives?? @JF I don't need any further assistance. There's nothing the support team would be able to do to fix bugs in the app except waste my time, I need you to forward my comments to the development team. These bugs shouldn't have gone into production and that's not my burden to fix, it's spectrum's.

The service is great, I think. Problem is, a customer service number isn't readily available on the app. Instead it prompts you to communicate with a bot, that sends you in circles and is time consuming.. One star for the APP. because of that. Any app can take your money online, so there's nothing special about being able to pay spectrum app. It would be nice if spectrum put their customer number on the app. Googling it, sometimes spoofers, hackers put fake numbers.

Xumo is a fraud. Everything about it is non functional. It was a lot easier to use the Spectrum DVR box. Thumoere are so many deficiencies in the X system that are too much to list. Bottom line, it needs to be revised and made more simple to navigate. I trid this system for too weeks before I finnaly got fed up0 with it. I'm cancelling it immediately .
