Ratings and reviews

Fix the app, most of the time it's loading loading and loading! I understand it's web based pages need time to load, but it's really annoying sometimes! Update: App seems better improving day by day, it becomes heavier though, however it's a giant marketplace what can we expect, but still technology should make life easier not make you feel like my smartphone can't run it I should have bought higher tier phones etc.. Changing feedback, since daraz app is more stable now.. keep up the good work

App is now bombarded with ads, making it feel cheap and more of a fraudulent website. The website really has lost its class. They charge you for doing cash on delivery. Ads pop up after every single tap, which is frustrating as one can not look at what he wants to buy when being bombarded with useless ads. But I have to give props to their customer service and their delivery as a whole.

The search system in this app needs significant improvement. From my personal experience, I was looking for a sweatshirt with a specific club's logo but couldn't find it. Instead, I kept seeing the same products over and over. When I used the search bar, it continuously displayed similar items to what had already appeared. The app needs to focus more on matching the main keywords to deliver a better experience for users. Improving this would allow for seamless browsing and help us find exactly w
