Ratings and reviews

Very bad experience. After changed my phone and installed the app, I received the sms from dbs shows my PayLah was activated. However I can't top up, can't transfer back to my account after 2 days. It always shows some function has to take 12 hours. I have to give up using the app and transfer out all balance to my son's PayLah. The app automatically transferred $15.65 to my main account without any notification. Every poor app.

Unable to close account because the app shows a blank screen at the "Tell us why" page. Cleared data and cache, reinstalled app, and tried on different phone and app is still stuck at the same page. DBS does not allow people to close account at your own will via the app. This is so misleading!! Tried again on 08Oct2024. Can't close account via app.

Changed new phone, tried to set up this app on it but unable to as didn't receive the 6 digit OTP in my email (step 4). Have tried several times , checked my mail inbox, junk folder but didnt see any email with the OTP..please assist. 24 Sep DBS has followed up promptly with email and phone call that eventually resolve the problem of non receipt of email OTP. Thank you 😊
