The name fits. Using this service hertz. Like salt in a wound. It's one of the worst technology experiences Ive ever had. I never received a code to access the car after I made a reservation. Not that making the reservation was easy. Clearly this app was made with an enormous lack of attention to detail. So after not receiving a code im standing in the cold on hold with customer support. After 20 minutes of being on hold they hung up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP

Complete dysfunctional. None of the old features work properly on the new app, my usual location - FRA airport - is not indicated anymore, no field to introduce promo codes (as the one I received from my employer), no possibility for contacting an actual human voice in case of need... If this is progress through digitalisation, I am ready to return to the last century! And please don't say you are more eficient with one "unified" app and a few dozen associates less - because you are NOT.

Absolutely appalling. Had to relaunch the app about 5 times when we needed to get into the vehicle. At one point the app wouldn't let us in at all. Tried on two different phones but couldn't get to the face recognition. We called customer service but we ended up on hold for 13 min. Thankfully I kept hammering the app buttons in that time and it eventually let us in. As if moving wasn't stressful enough. Never again, and I really hope we do not get charged for the time we lost with this rubbish.
