The worst online shopping experience you will find. Cannot process a credit card payment. (After verifying with the bank that the info is accurate). Their chat support always recommend you use PayPal instead. But again, cannot process any payments there also. Any deals are no longer honored because of the long delays in trying to process payments. It's been over a week and at least 10 attempts have been made to purchase thru this app and I still am not able to. This app is garbage!

Just another tool for online shopping, still a brand new app, more focusing on marketing, still needs lots of integration/enhancement, i.e. the Product Registration page isn't working (or not integrated?!) since I can't registrate my samsung devices (the SN/IMEI section don't work). This app has autologin/detect with Samsung ID so it should be compatible/integrated with other samsung apps, including Samsung Member. Well, like I said in the beginning, this just an Online and Marketing Tool 😅

Constant crashing after the latest update and the user experience is always poor at times. I wanted to purchase 3 monitors on sale and when I was ready to purchase the sale disappears on that size monitor yet other sizes of the same model are still on sale. Titanium green S24U is white not green lol! This app and some products are very frustrating and the Instagram page is an atrocity!
