I used the Porter app, and while the app itself is user-friendly, the service is very disappointing. There's no real-time status tracking for couriers, which makes it hard to know what's happening with your package. Additionally, their customer support is practically non-existent, offering no help when issues arise. This will likely be my first and last time using the app. I would not recommend it and suggest opting for more reliable courier services instead.

Recently had a bad experience. Their delivery executive refused to deliver to door step, giving one after another excuse to not deliver, asked for advance payment before delivery. Despite complete address mentioned for pick-up in the app & screenshot shared he told that its incomplete address, won't delliver, will charge extra, extra money for his bike parking fee whereas there is no parking charges in society. Worst is that customer can't call customer care for any help or complaint real-time.

The two wheeler service has to be the most pathetic service I have experienced. From the riders who end the pickup without coming to the pickup location to the support experience while trying to get a refund, the entire experience has to be one filled with frustration and poor service
