I open the app today, and all of my favorite locations are gone! Even after updating, no favorites. 1. It is counter-intuitive that the list of "Recent trips" includes trips to "Favorites" - there is no need! 2. Please eliminate off-White text over Gray background in your UI - I have a top notch phablet, but I can't read the text in your maps! White text on Black background would be ideal! 4. Users should be able to make an item in "Recent trips" into a favorite.

it's really becoming worse and worse! my work subway lines are not showing, even though they're running with no problems, only buses shows up!, when you minimize the app you loose direction unless you put the starting station again, it doesn't refresh time automatically unless you click at starting station again, it's difficult to save your home station and work station as home & work respectively, i really regret paying for the pro version

Hard to use even with ads turned off. Frequently inaccurate, has gotten worse recently. I thought it would be more accurate about real time arrivals than using BART or bus apps and schedules but it is not. If you get on a train and try to continue to use the app, it does not detect that you have gotten on and assumes you have to wait for the next one. It is useful for planning ahead when there are multiple options and transit segments needed but not useful once trip has begun.
