Our clever tech gurus have been busy updating and improving our App, so if it’s been a while since you last logged in, you may need to re-register with an email address to login. This will allow you to now manage multiple 2degrees phone numbers with one easy login.
• Check your Prepay and Pay Monthly balances
• View a breakdown of your Pay Monthly bills
• See your calls, text and data usage in our funky, easy to read graphs
• Manage your Add-Ons
• Check and change your Pay Monthly Spend Control
• Manage your Shared Data and Sharing Controls
• Turn on Autopay for Prepay Plans and Add-ons
• Manage your Payment Cards
• Check your Pay Monthly Interest Free Phone details, including how many payments you’ve got left
• Top Up your own or someone else’s Prepay number with a credit card, POLi or voucher
• Reset your 2degrees PIN (you’ll need this if you call us)
• Manage your broadband account

Absolutely horrific. I'm a kiwi and some of the operators South African accent was hard to understand. Was left on hold for too long while waiting to talk with someone who could actually help. They are not as nice or helpful as there pre recorded messages. With persistence and patience I managed to get satisfactory result but it tool me a couple of hours and pulled hairs.

Fix your app for the love of god! Everytime I open it I get 'oops something went wrong, try again' I uninstalled and reinstalled, tried to log in it did the same thing so I thought maybe I couldn't remember the password so I changed it and I still can't log back in, because I just get the same thing. Extremely frustrating, I would've liked to top up my phone.

Do NOT purchase eSIM They did NOT send any confirmation of payment or service, however the transaction appears on my credit card. They are UNABLE to provide a QR code to download the eSim, and require you to physically go to a store to pickup. I am still trying to have this contract cancelled, and I am still trying to ensure that recurring payments are also cancelled. I am unable to add my 'mobile' contract to the APP as they won't give the the eSIM !
