Despite the 30 minutes guarantee delivery, my order was delivered in 70 minutes. Moreover I as a customer cannot connect with the support over call. The store number which was provided to me on this platform was switched off. Hence couldn't connect with the store. I could not even cancel the order as there was no option to cancel the order on the app. The delivery person said that order was late due to traffic when the store is just 1.1kms away from my destination. One of worst app in the play store. I placed an order with Dominos for dinner at 9:13 and the payment was through. I was waiting for nearly 30mins for my order to delivered and since it was late I contacted the customer support to check what had happened. To my surprise, the order was pending and due to technical glitchnin the app. All the customer care executive had to say was that he was sorry. Never ordering from Dominos again.

I tried to order through the app, but at the time of payment, it showed an error indicating that the store was offline. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to wait as the store might have too many orders. After waiting for an hour and trying multiple times, I still received the same error. I then tried ordering through the website and was able to complete the purchase in one attempt. Due to the app error, I was unable to use the coupon code, which is only valid for the mobile app.
