Like other reviewers, I did not have a problem booking hotels using this app until this year. So far I have spent on average one hour on each booking. Everything is fine until I enter my Visa or Mastercard information. Then I get a message saying details are not correct. I have always used the same card, and it works for Marriott :) maybe that's a sign to keep my titanium status with Marriott instead of accruing with Accor. I suspect there may be an issue with the Authorize with Visa step.

Every time I book a hotel for work I add my business details and VAT number, I click "save" and they are never saved. Each time I need to put all the info in again :( considering I use the app a lot and 90% of the times it's for a business trip, it would be nice if my business profile was saved and I could set it as the default option.

2 items: 1. The "enter feedback" link doesn't work. Unable to submit feedback for item 2 of this comment 2. The app and the corresponding emails do not make it clear about "paid" vs "needs to pay". One of my reservation emails stated "amount pending for debt: IDR###.###" while at the same time it says "amount to pay at hotel 0.00" meanwhile in the app my reservation page claims I paid already; I still ended up paying at the hotel.
