I've been trying to open an account with ADCB Hayyak for the past 4-5 days, but the experience has been frustrating. Despite multiple attempts, I keep receiving the same error message: "We can't proceed with your request at this time." Unfortunately, this has been happening consistently, leaving me unsure of how to proceed. This ongoing problem over several days with no clear solution is disappointing. There doesn’t seem to be any alternative guidance or support to help resolve the issue.

A headache to create an account! Such a bad experience. Application is getting rejected for no reason!! Wowww!! Tried multiple times but everytime it get stopped after the picture process. They should make the process easier for customer to open up account!!!

This crApp DOES NOT tell outright the requirement/s for opening an account, making the applicant expect that any amount will do, and makimg them look as if they consider any amount but after you have submitted all their requirements - full name, employment details, personal financial status, Emirates ID, passport, etc., they then reveal that the account you qualify is their Aspire account with a minimum requirement salary of at least AED5,000. WHAT A WAY TO DECEIVE WOULD-BE DEPOSITORS💩💩💩💩💩
