Usually works fine however has bugs since last update. Is not showing drivers position under 5 minutes away and not sending updates to say driver is approaching. Caused 2 cancellations on me. So lucky the last driver called me otherwise I would have missed it. Even showed him in the car that it was still showing him 2 suburbs away! Have already sent an enquiry/let 13CABS know about this bug

First time using this app yesterday. Driver cancelled my ride within minutes. They alleged they couldn't find my house. Well, you're not going to find it in two minutes on the other side of my suburb. Also, they take the fare charge immediately, even if cancelled. I had a $33 PayPal charge on my account for at least one hour before they refunded it, which is outrageous. I ended up having to call an Uber and was late to my destination because of this. Never again!

Overall pretty poor experience and I have had to use this app alot unfortunately for work because they only provide Cabcharges. I get that it can't match Uber for features and reliability but lots of very basic bugs. Also sending ads to users via app notifications, when there is no way to disable notifications by category means I either turn off all notifications (and miss ride updates) or put up with regular pointless spam ads from the app. Awful
