Just updated. There is a pop up screen for traveler rewards that can't be closed. If you click "Learn more," it goes to the enrollment page and you cannot click out of it. Right now the app is useless for me.

Pathetic app and system. Tried for over 1 hour to reset password, but no OTP is emailed. Helpline unavailable in UAE. Too many conditions and useless service. Due to the horrible procedures, could not even use the lounge facilities. Worst experience for privileged clients !
