How does it work?
Ordering has never been easier!
Enter your address or simply let the application find your location automatically. You can easily pay online or simply pay in cash when your order is delivered.

Track your order: For a part of the order on Just Eat you can track your order from the restaurant to your door within the app.
For the other orders we will send you sms to keep you informed of the status of your order. You will receive three sms: one to confirm your order, another to inform you that your meal is being prepared and the last one to inform you that your meal is on its way.

Overall terrible app. It is misleading by design, the only way to chat is to go under "Change Address". It does not show an estimate unless a driver has accepted it, which can take 20+ minutes, where you don't know how long it is before your order arrives. This app and their website is 100% the reason I'm never ordering from them again, I'd rather pay more for Wolt than to use this trash.

Definitely inferior to Wolt. Made an order from one of the promoted restaurants after a long time of using Wolt and it was very disappointing. Order estimate was way off. Said 20 to 40 minutes. They should have said 1hr 20 to 1hr 40 minutes. No way to cancel the order via app or get customer support. You're on your own with the restaurant and good luck. Very disappointing.

Worst delivery platform ever. I had to cancel two orders the same night. The delivery time was stuck in 30 min. For 20 minutes. Uninstall this platform. I wish you all the worst
