This app sucks. I have been trying for 2 hours to get back in to see how many hours I have remaining on my internet access and to purchase more for my return trip. 1. could not check the flight. I kept getting kicked out; 2. cleared cache from settings as button didn't work.; 3. Logged in finally only to see dead screen with https 5000. All this after an update. Thanks 😡. Deleting!

The app sold me a WiFi package specifically for my flight and then there was no WiFi on board for the whole duration of the flight. And even if it did work it would have been the most cumbersome way to purchase/activate the WiFi service. Also the Lufthansa miles login didn't work. Why does this app even exist? The whole thing could've been a button within the Lufthansa app.

Completely unusable. Can't access anything with the Messaging package, neither X, nor Instagram, nor Telegram. The only thing that worked was some Google apps. A waste of 5 Euros.
