Nice generic response that doesn't address the privacy issue. Not just my problem. What a terrible app. One I can't even log into this app. Two when I enter password it shows on screen. Not supposed to. Which means it remembers it in my keyboard. A major security breach. Should really make sure this works right before sending it out to users.

This is a constant. I feel like my phone is not properly connected to the network. Always some type of error, most recently, claiming my reward points. For a multi million dollar company something ain't making sense. Can't really complain its simple phone activating process as your phone is up and running almost instantly. Pretty much it. Prepaid plan on your terms.

Went from Perfect to Garbage. Total wireless was, in fact, a good and affordable service for phones, but now that "Total by Verizon" but their hands on, somehow the service started getting bad, and getting worse every month it passes, and i kept getting recommended to get a "better" pland for a "better" service. Which is almost 3 times more than what i was paying before. If im getting a new plan, i just got to another company, Verizon is sneak and expensive, which is why i was on total wireless.
