I use the app for grocery delivery and love it, but it is annoying that the app gets stuck on the loading screen a lot... I restart my phone, restart my data, clear cache, but it still doesn't work... Sometimes though the app will load when I'm not using wifi.. Other times even without wifi it's not working... Hopefully it gets fixed soon, cause this is the only place I grocery shop and I love being able to do it from the comfort of my home...

I've always used this app for online ordering. It's been lagging as of recently so I chose to update. Now after downloading the app twice and changing my password twice it's even worse by not connecting at all. The website works just great! Not sure what's wrong with the app. Hopefully the problem will be fixed because it was just so convenient.

works less than half the time. otherwise, things won't load, it won't process that I'm "on the way". when it's working it's pretty good, 4/5. it's not a whole foods app lemme tell you update 9/1/25 thank you for fixing the "I'm on my way"! I have used 3 times in past few weeks and has worked each time. Definitely improves the functionality of the app. now 4/5
