I clip coupons and they don't work in the store. The app is glitchy. It never saves my correct phone number, no matter how many times I correct it. I think this on purpose, so we can't apply the savings. Recently I had to make an in person purchase to get a coupon to apply, but it would apply the other one clipped, so I made a pick up purchase while standing in the store to get the other coupon to apply. Again, I believe it's bc they are trying to scam you from using coupons.

App is **completely** unreliable. Very buggy. Searches do not operate correctly. Shopping cart navigation is a freaking nightmare. Coupons don't post correctly, Walmart cash doesn't post correctly. You can add promo codes all you want and then you go to the next page and everything is GONE. You cannot rely on this app AT ALL. Uninstalling and reinstalling over and over and over and over is not an option any longer. I've uninstalled altogether. Customer service is clueless. Do better, Walgreens.

I have tried to get my prescriptions delivered automatically as I am unable to get to the store. When my prescriptions need to be refilled... Email a notice and just show up before I run out. FRUSTRATED BY THE SYSTEM. I think it should be an option, front and center. Intuitive means it flows easily for the customer and we don't FEEL the manipulation, sometimes less is more.
