This app is easy to use, informative, clean, and helpful. The user interface could be improved to navigate the journal entry, but the app's simplicity is its greatest asset and I like the use of audio cues to limit screen time. A dark mode would be really nice too.

I'm sure this app is helpful for people with very limited resources and knowledge of concussions but the title is deceiving... It doesn't really coach or help teach much in the way of post concussion syndrome/symptoms. One piece I quite liked is the 22 question scale to rate your symptoms, but this should be daily and then show a log of symptom ratings ... Interface has too much white and hurts the eyes

What I've been looking for the last three years. Help in a device that can prompt me to use it.
