Install the mobile application, type in an address, we list the restaurants that deliver to that location, other users ratings. Base on your choice, we will deliver your food with our state of the art delivery system, you can track your meal as needed, and you will be notified once the driver is close to you.

Had to turn off all notifications through my phone settings because there is no other way to disable promotional notifications and ads other than this. I would still like to get notifications for when my delivery is out, but not if I have to get spammed along with it too. Please add a way to be able to do this.

The worst delivery app out there, i ordered a meal and the main part of the meal was missing otherwise i received everything else (fries, sauce, drink, etc) i tried to raise a missing item request and now its been a whole week and they have done nothing for me. I cant even find a phone ne number to call. One star is still tmorr than you deserve. Jahez get your house in order.

What's the point of having a prime membership when I can't order because of "high demand"? On top of that, the app changes locations by itself, and it logs out of my account. The drivers can't see my address through the app, so every time I order, they ask me to give them my house number. The good thing about Jahez is the low delivery charge compared to other apps. Plus, customer support is great.
