beat app exercise experience yet. I love that you can go at your own pace and there is no annoying music, just a stop watch that really helps me keep up...but again it's optional (your timing), all that matters is the number of reps you complete. So if your looking to be timed for each set, not this app, however it does give you an overall workout time, including your rest. I also like the option each day of "easy" med." or "hard" and the option to do as many sets as you like for bonus points!

Easy to use app. Basically there's a calendar and each day you click on the day and then do a certain amount of exercises. For medium, so far it's been 7. It has a little gif to help you know what you are doing and when you are done you click next. This is super helpful because most exercise apps are timed so I appreciate that this is not. Then you continue with your exercises and it beeps when you go to your next one. I like doing this in the morning at home because it has very little sound.

This is the perfect app for girls who want both a bigger buttocks and toned legs. I started seeing the results within a week or two. It also has 5 simple but affective workouts dyring the days you do your excercises. It also strengthens your legs, gives you a day off, and you can personalize as well as create your own excercises. This is by far the best app. By time you're done with your 3 weeks you'll be able to see visible changes. I don't regret downloading nor using this app. I recommend it
