Welcome to the easiest way to book using a Flight Pass.

Please note: You will need to have an active Flight Pass account to use this app.

BOOK A FLIGHT
- Complete a booking in as little as 6 taps of your thumb, with the Flight Pass App’s friendly one-handed design.
- Tell us where you’re going, and the Flight Pass App will suggest which one of your passes to use. We took the guesswork out of it, so you can get where you need to go.
- Find the perfect flight by quickly sorting through available flights by duration, and time of day.

SYNC YOUR BOOKINGS
- Book on the website? All of your bookings, just as you’d expect, now appear in the Flight Pass app. Easily see where you’ve been, and where you’re going next.

MANAGE YOUR BOOKINGS
- Change or cancel your bookings with ease, directly from the Booking Details screen.

SELECT YOUR SEATS
- Choose seats for yourself, and others on your booking, directly in the Flight Pass app. Find a better spot? Change your seat at any time, just as easily!
- Flight Pass app exclusive: Preview available seats before you book, so that you can scope out the perfect seat.

GET YOUR UPGRADE
- Travelling on a Flight Pass that offers complimentary upgrade? Request your upgrade directly in the Flight Pass App (lucky you!)

INTEGRATION WITH AIR CANADA MOBILE+
- Use your saved credit cards from Air Canada mobile+ for quick, and secure payment transactions.

You've broken login again. Redirects back to the app which doesn't recognize the login. Been like this for a couple of months. There are some of us who actually rely on flight passes for our work and life. We pay AC a lot of money. But this is the unloved app. It would be nice if AC put I. Some effort or even just noticed when it was totally broken.

Thank you for your feedback! The Flight Pass app was designed with core features to book, select seats, and manage a reservation. The app includes previewing eUpgrade credits needed, however making an eUpgrade request is not in our short-term road map. We acknowledge that this is an often requested feature, and hope to offer it in the future.

Not able to book any flights with my Europe East Canada Business Pass. It says my flight pass is not valid for the dates selected, the summary screen shows 0 credits, credit limit reached but the flight pass details show 6 credits available. I managed to book via the website instead but the app is useless if I cannot book on it. I had no problem with it last year and so this seems to be a new problem. Also, the United Arrivals lounge in T2 LHR food not recognize the boarding pass barcode.

The app will not allow me to log on using my Samsung s23 phone. It brings up a signon page, accepts account and password, and confirms my 2fa, which works then goes back to the app, which repeats the whole sequence. Log on never completes. Works on my iPad One star is being generous
