The first time I used it for some reason it didn't put in my apartment number for the driver but it was there in the app. The next time I used it the app let me order from a store that was closed. Then the last time I used it the store never got my order but I was charged for it. After calling the store and beyond menu I did get a refund. The app doesn't have any place to put in driver directions. I got confirmation notices on my orders but no other updates. Terrible experience.

Menu between two restaurants was mixed up, so when I called the restaurant listed on my order (in the app), they didn't have it, but told me this other restaurant did. The restaurants connected and got me my order. They went above and beyond to connect when they didn't have to. I'll order directly and avoid the app if at all possible from now on.

It's a great app, but the UPDATE EXPERIENCE IS A COMPLETE JOKE. Please explain how in the entire known universe does a Samsung Galaxy S22 on Android 14 get the most recent update (from June 25), yet a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra on Android 14 is STUCK ON AN OLDER VERSION (from March 19) AND CAN'T BE UPDATED!? They're almost the same phone (same family), same Android version, same One UI 6.1 interface, yet one has the app up-to-date, the other doesn't. It's inexplicable and inexcusable!!
