The app used to work fine until a few months ago. I thought it was the new phone I got, but now I'm reading about an update with the scan to pay feature. That's the issue .... My phone does not reflect Scan to Pay and the card with the barcode, which I discovered when I was in line to pay and I didn't have the physical card on me because I use my phone. What a pain in the butt! I prefer to use Tap to Pay because there continue to be issues with skimmers, and Walmart is a place that gets hit.

App is less than useful. Pop-ups for retailer list shows up blank. Searching for items is not convenient- brand name search brings back broad similar word search with cryptic descriptions and multiple pages to look through. For added convenience, the card is currently not working online. Finding where to use it locally and what products it can be used for is nearly impossible. At this rate, I won't be able to use my benefits as they expire. What a crock.

This app used to be great as an alternative to swiping the card, but now presents a message saying the Scan To Pay feature is down for maintenance. It's been down for maintenance for more than a month now. This is important since the card relies on a magnetic strip, which has failed me more often than not. I never know if my insurance benefit will be accessible when I need it. This looks bad both for OTC Network and for my insurance carrier.
