Frequently crashes, limited journal options. App often quits out of a journal entry while I'm in the middle of making it back to the main app screen without saving anything with no warning. This is really frustrating if I've been writing the long journal entry. Also it would be very nice to have the option to make custom guided journals. The provided guided journals don't work for all situations, but the format of the app is really nice and I wish that I could create my own journals.

I really love this app. Wish we could get a little bit more of each journal or course for free but you can do a lot without paying so it's definitely worth it. It does make me feel better because everyday I feel down and it's not fun. So I highly recommend! The one thing I would suggest to change is it would be easy to keep track if there was a ✅ when we've completed that journal or that course we are done with.

I find this app to be very useful to use alongside my weekly CBT therapy sessions. It's handy because I always have my phone on me so I can easily track events without hoping I remember later in the day to write it down. One thing I would love to see is to have the 'return' button skip a line instead of going to next segment. Basically, I wish there was a way to organize thoughts in more of a list format rather than a massive thought dump.
