Great app. It could do with some more posotive emotions maybe? I know if I'm not having a low day I dont like to think about them and want to do this every day. Also the option to put your own moods would be good. I.e. tired. Maybe put something like 3 good things about yourself in it make it more positive. This is what my doctor told me to do.
I find the app quite useful to track my mood over time and to notice any trends. the only thing I'm missing is Google Drive backup support. right now, if I move to another device or wipe my phone, the whole history gets wiped.
This is a MUST HAVE! for sufferers of deppression like myself. It helps me get my stinkin' thinkin' thoughts back to a realistic "focus". This app MOST CERTAINLY helps "relieve" those achy-feelings of melancholy I can't stand to feel..... I have already recommended this app to family and friends.
So far this app is great. I like how it walks me through the steps to correcting my negative thought patterns. I think over time it will change my bad negative thought patterns.
Helps to reduce my circling negative thoughts, stress and anxiety. I'd like it to have a way of recording positive achievements to look back at on difficult days.
The app is OK if you're in crisis frequently but it lacks in supporting your maintenance. I don't completely dislike the app. I use it very frequently, but only 1/3 of the components. I use the thought diary as it highly resembles the coping tool in a book I was suggested to read. I have been able to adapt but it's missing a little something. I use the test very frequently as a quantitative evaluation of a day. It could use spreading into a 5 point scoring. There's been many times I wished there was the 'a couple times' option between 'never' and 'several times' for an answer. I like the idea of having the safety plan but as it's designed now, it focuses primarily on when you're around the bottom of the hole in crisis. More space for reminding oneself of the handhelds to stop the slide down could help.
