Crashes. I've used the app only twice, 1y ago and now. Both time a crash after filling whole cart, hard to replicate. Please save the state of the cart after every modification on the phone at least. Even better, sync it to your server so I have the cart available in desktop! Also, there's an UX issue. After using 'search' I dont have the menu button available anymore for categories. Made me use 'back' button 10 times after 10 searches... not ideal

Slow just like Moneyback app. Badly written, poor use of multithreading, poor performance in SQL fetches. Looks like it's written by the same developers of the KMB app. Totally inept anf frustrating. To the developers, please look at some Western retail apps and observe how quick they are. Learn to optimise code.

Terrible app + ParknShop online purchase is a disaster! You order and pay for items and they will delivery items at their discretion. If items are available online but, for some reason, they can't deliver, you will basically stay without them. Not to mention their terrible email/phone customer service... I still have to wait for an investigation for the items not delivered. Total disrespect for customers! Not the first time having this kind of problem, not using online service anymore!
