Ratings and reviews

Unsecured. No support for unauthorized transactions. Their 24/7 support is basically inexistent and only an advertisement comes through when calling. It drops every 10 mins. I was able to contact someone after 2 hours of trying but their support do not know how to handle fraudulent transactions. Could not even cancel one that is processing. Also, my verification got cancelled. (I have a savings on maya prior to that). I tried re-registering my account but their system could not recognize IDs.

I actually prefer Maya over its famous competitor because it has a clean UI, is not bulky, and loads fast. However, in the past few days, I've been experiencing a bug. Whenever I try to log in, the app tells me, "We're unable to log you in. Our app is experiencing an error. Please try again in a while." I've tried clearing my cache and restarting my phone, which worked for a while, but the issue reappeared.

This used to be my go-to for e-wallet but now it doesn't even let me log in to my account. It is a very faulty app with low security. I don't recommend it if you plan to use "savings" because there will be no way it can withdraw once your app gets a log-in issue. Already tried 1. Updating to latest version, 2. Uninstalling and reinstalling, 3. Using the app on another phone, 4. Changing passwords, etc. None of them work at all. What's worse is that the customer service is basically useless.
