Basically since the new update, my Mobile app has not loaded. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. And even if I leave it alone, it doesn't recognize me and just says Hello user. This needs to be resolved as I use the app quite frequently. So now because the app won't let me in, I lost one of my free drinks that the barristas had told me in November but expiring in December. Would be great if the app would start working again.

Love the stands, delicious coffee, but the app is less than desireable. No matter how many times I try I can't get it to load the right store, and it keeps trying to send me to stands that are over an hour away when theres 4 locations within 20 minutes of my house. Luckily the baristas have helped me with earning points, so the app is useless to me if it doesn't work. Very frustrating to deal with when I just want coffee in the mornings.

Abysmal UI looks like a flash website from the early 2000s, and the settings page is broken. Picked the wrong favorite store (because they're obscurely named and not shown on a map); tried to change it but I can't, because the text field for date of birth on the account settings page is both required and uneditable. Speaking of which: the minimum number of taps to enter an adult DoB that's ~6 months out is 10ā¦assuming you think to tap the year; otherwise it's a lot more. Just make it a textbox.
