It is works fine if you're going to have your location on at all times, but so many features don't work if your not near the building or your gps isnt on. Scan your receipt from the drive thru, absolutely not you're not at the restaurant. Check the menu for something, not if you're not near a restaurant. Use a coupon in store, not if you don't turn on your location, close & reopen the app. It does help me to eat there less, because I don't want the hassle.

The food was absolutely delicious it was steaming hot and on point. Best ever. I did notice it said gratuity on the recipe for driver, so when he got here super fast, I was like so the tip is on the receipt and he said yes. Then I went back and looked the tip was 3.08 and he waited 10mins for o ur food. I feel so bad this was my first time ordering food like that and having it delivered. So I was not familiar with the process. I will have tip money next time he deserved it.

The ORIGINAL Schlotzsky on warm sourdough bread is delish! It's as tasty as the first one I ate in 1985, I love it with no onions. My whole family has enjoyed Schlotzsky's for many years, but I gave 4☆ instead of 5 because in my opinion there's less meat & cheese nowadays. Like most other fast foods, the prices increased and the size decreased. For a few more dollars, order the Original Deluxe to double the meat and enjoy a thicker sandwich like they used to be. But either way, it's still great!
