I parked at Alamanda shopping centre for about 15 to 20 mins and left, but this app was not so efficient and kept charging me until night time .I have left the alamanda parking since 2.10pm in the afternoon. no wonder in the help option they have provided general questions which is "how if I have left parking and the timing still running" the best joke ever.

Can't top up to pump petrol because it says I have reached my top up limit. Why would you implement a top up limit. From the start Setel was a redundant and useless app adding more inconvenience than usefulness now it's become clearly apparent. I am switching to Shell petrol starting tomorrow. Much easier to swipe my Bonus Link card to collect rewards than go through this nonsense.

After my recent setel updates through playstore, i facing this issue again. I need to relogin to setel everytime after transaction successfully completed. And even if i want to topup my balance,it will display back the setel page and ask me to relogin. This is so frustrating. Pls look into it. I am using samsung flip z6.
