This app never works. By far the most important part of the app is the box at the top of the home screen. But that box never loads. On my phone, it is always blank. I need that for setting up roaming. I previously had luck with uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, but that doesn't work anymore. Why can't we add roaming on your website? Why do you require that we use this app that doesn't work? Please fix your app! BTW, I don't want to call customer support...I just want the app to work!!!

Hot garbage. Using latest version. Logging in doesn't display any of my details. Infinite loading for some screens. Attempting to add services to my account fails, and no Singtel staff can explain why. Fix your app, team, especially your error messages (be descriptive! Catch the thrown error and provide references!). For a national service, this is an embarrassment.

Your app is not user friendly. I keep getting told to update even though it's updated. I can't pay my bills, it logs into a random account and keeps asking me for a password every single time I open it. I'm already having issues with the WiFi dropping three times a day and now your application doesn't even work.
