I have over 25 years experience in messaging from setting up complete enterprise environments to support and troubleshooting. This client is ok. It's missing some common email client options like calendaring for example. A complete email package for business users needs calendaring. Relying on the built in Android and Apple calendar is not the same. Encrypted message support would be a great option as well. Over all, it works.

Love all the software and the ability to control/monitor user activity without using third party collaboration apps! Would be awesome if you could stop the app from trying to send and receive email after the first failure so user's IP does not get blocked

One of the reasons why I am put off I think using this app is due to the lack of a search folder option when moving an email to a folder. One needs to scroll up and down to find the right one which kills the productivity. Also, I suggest you check the nine app for android, they have that plus tabs to allow selecting frequently used or favourite folders. TIA

1. Supports creating shared links for large attachments, with local files uploaded to the home folder. To use this feature, enable shared links in MailPlus Server > Service > MailPlus Client.
2. Added an option to open shared links directly in Synology Drive on mobile devices instead of using the default browser.
3. Supports type-to-search for labels and mailboxes when labeling or moving emails.
